ServiceDesk

We use the ServiceDesk system to submit requests for faculty and university services.

The system is available at servicedesk.cvut.cz.

Varování:

ServiceDesk is operated on the Alvao platform and replaces the original FIT Helpdesk based on Jira and Confluence systems.


Portal home page

On the ServiceDesk home page, you will find:

  • a search field for quickly finding services
  • tiles for individual services
  • an overview of your requests
  • current news

Login

  1. Go to ServiceDesk CTU and log in using your Microsoft account.

Creating a request

Demonstration will be shown with request to obtain a hardware keychain.

  1. Click on New Request.

  2. Select the appropriate department.

  3. Select the type of service.

  4. Select the service category.

  6. Describe your request concisely and clearly.
