ServiceDesk
We use the ServiceDesk system to submit requests for faculty and university services.
The system is available at servicedesk.cvut.cz.
Varování:
ServiceDesk is operated on the Alvao platform and replaces the original FIT Helpdesk based on Jira and Confluence systems.
Portal home page
On the ServiceDesk home page, you will find:
- a search field for quickly finding services
- tiles for individual services
- an overview of your requests
- current news
Login
- Go to ServiceDesk CTU and log in using your Microsoft account.
Creating a request
Demonstration will be shown with request to obtain a hardware keychain.
Click on New Request.
Select the appropriate department.
.Select the type of service.

Select the service category.
Select the service.
Describe your request concisely and clearly.

The list of your requests is available on the main page of the portal in the section:
