Dependencies
The dependencies tab lists all dependencies of the given file. The left column lists the objects (documents, records, other files) that the open file contains and requires (for document, PDF, and image files, the left column will be empty), and the right column lists the objects (documents, records) that contain or reference the open file.
Caution:
This overview is particularly important when deleting files. You should never delete a file that is required by another object (right column). First, you must remove the file from the affected object; only then can you delete it. Click on individual objects to view them.
