Mailbox termination

The mailbox termination process occurs after all relationships with the CTU have been terminated.

Students' mailbox termination is covered in End of study.

Staff and affiliates

If you are not an FIT alumnus, your mailbox access will be blocked immediately upon termination of the relationship (usually on the day your employment contract is terminated or expires).[1]

Complete deletion of data and permanent cancellation of the mailbox occur 500 days after termination of the relationship with CTU. Your e-mail address will not be assigned to anyone else.
