  • a blue bar with navigation (main page, back, print, e-mail) and the česky or english switch
  • a footer at the very bottom of the page with the current semester and contacts

Timetable View

Timetables show days in rows and teaching hours in columns. Depending on the schedule, you may see one table for both odd and even weeks or separate tables for each week type. Odd and even refer to calendar week numbers.

Archive of Timetables

The Archive of timetables link leads to the timetables of past semesters. A semester is identified by a code, e.g. B261 is the winter semester 2026/27, B252 the summer semester 2025/26.

Student Timetable

On the main page, select students and click the student’s name. This is useful, for example, when resolving timetable clashes or finding a time for a consultation.

The timetable heading shows the course name, its weekly hours (e.g. 2P+1C means 2 hours of lectures and 1 hour of tutorials per week) and the week information. Click the course name to open the course page in Courses.

The navigation bar includes Send e-mail to teachers and, where available, full student list, list of non-registered students a exam terms.

Classrooms per Day – Finding a Free Room

On the main page, select classrooms per day, then choose an odd or even week and a day. The table shows classroom occupancy recorded in this view.

Caution:

This view excludes one-off events and may not include other bookings. An empty cell does not guarantee that a room is available. Confirm availability with the scheduler.

Student Lists

Open a student list using the full student list link on the course page or by clicking the parallel number in a timetable. The parallel list has Attendance and Assessment columns, so a printed list can be used as an attendance sheet.

Caution:

Student lists contain personal data. Use them for teaching purposes only.

Exams

On the main page, select exam terms, choose a department and open a linked course. Available exam dates are shown with their times and rooms and may be grouped by semester. Students register for exams in KOS.
