Google Gemini

Google Gemini is a generative artificial intelligence tool from Google. The faculty offers access to Google Gemini and Google Gemini Notebook through its Google Workspace instance.

Both Google Gemini and Google Gemini Notebook are intended exclusively for employees to perform their job duties, in direct connection with their employment relationship, and for students to fulfill their academic obligations. Use of this service for purposes other than those of the Faculty—particularly for private or commercial activities—is not permitted.

For the sake of completeness, we note that Google offers additional licensing models for personal use as part of its marketing activities. For example, after meeting certain conditions, students can use advanced features at 1 year free. ICT FIT CTU does not provide support for any of these other Google programs, and they are in no way related to the faculty’s Google Workspace instance.
