Dependencies
All dependencies for a given record are listed under the dependency icon. The left column lists the objects (documents, files, other records) that the open record contains and requires. The right column lists the objects (documents, other records) that contain or reference the open record.
Caution:
This overview is particularly important when deleting records. You should never delete a record that is required by another object (right column). You must first remove the record from the affected object before you can delete it. Click on individual objects to view them.
