Introduction
Main Image
To insert the main image, first upload it to the appropriate folder in the Files tab, and then drag and drop the file into the Main Image field.
Perex
The Perex field contains a description of the research group that will appear in the introduction to the group’s page; the content of this field is usually identical to the content of the Preview text field in the Research Group Details tab.
Double-clicking the field displays a toolbar that allows you to format the text. To add the English version of the text, click the English tab.
Content #1
The first section, Content, contains a detailed description of the research group.
To insert text, you must first add one of the predefined components to the table of contents. Clicking the green + icon expands a menu of predefined components from which you can choose. You can select multiple components one after another.
You can reorder them by clicking the arrow icons next to each component. To insert standard text, select the Text component. To insert text with a blue background, select the Box component with text.
After double-clicking a component, a toolbar will appear that allows you to style the text, and you can begin typing. To add an English version of the text, click the English tab.
Research Areas, Applications, Events, Success Stories, News
This field is not filled out in the research group record. The content is loaded and displayed automatically.
Success Stories
To fill in the Success Stories field, go to the Life at the Faculty tab, locate the relevant entries in the Success Stories folder, and, just like with the image, drag and drop them into the Success Stories field. You can add multiple success stories.
Content #2
The second section, Content, lists the research group’s contact information. As with the first section, you’ll need to use the + icon to add components. You should add two components: Contact Information and Contacts.
- In the Contact Information component, you’ll see two fields: Building and Address—here, enter the building and address where the research group is located.
- In the Contacts component, you’ll see fields for adding contact persons. You can find Contact Persons in the menu tab: Faculty [People], and simply drag and drop them into the field, just like an image.
After double-clicking a field, a toolbar will appear that allows you to format the text, and you can start typing. To add the English version of the text, click the English tab.
